GETTING TO ARENAS & TRANSPORTATION DURING WTOC
How do I get to Arenas? What is the best mean of transportation to move around during WTOC?
The easiest and fastest means of transport to reach all competition events and other WOC events is the WTOC Shuttle Bus. The bus takes you to the center of action and allows you to avoid having to pay parking fees at the arenas. If you use the WTOC Shuttle Bus, you can leave your car at day parking area.

How can I volunteer at WTOC 2014?
There is a registration form on Join Us page. Your application will be forwarded to the area chiefs We will do our best to find you a task of your liking.
What do I get as volunteer and what do I sign up for?
The best reward is unique first-hand experience of WTOC 2014! You are part of the team who gets to experience and create the WTOC 2014 on-site. All volunteers get also a set of high-quality clothes.
Do you offer volunteer accommodation? I am not from Trentino-Veneto area. Do you cover my travel and accommodation cost?
We do offer accommodation to our volunteers! Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse the costs of travelling to Lavarone-Asiago. But once you are here, you can move around by our WOC shuttle busses for free!

Representatives of future organisers of WTOC should register through the official form of accreditation for VIPs available at registration.

MEDIA
I am travelling to WTOC and might be writing something about it on our club website. Can I be accreditated as an official media?
No. Media accreditation is for professionals covering the event. Freelancers need to show they are reporting for a newspaper, magazine or website publishing journalistic content. This arrangement helps us organto set up professional working conditions for actual media representatives.
I missed out accreditation deadline. Can I still accreditate?
If you fill the criteria mentioned also above, please contact press office manager ASAP (mariofacchini@newspower.it)
